Job Opportunity: Billing Executive

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com

- Proficient in MS Excel

- Fluent in English

Job Profile:

• Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on contract terms and delivery confirmations.
  
• Billing Queries: Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or queries raised by clients, working closely with the customer service and sales teams.
  
• Payment Tracking: Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments and minimizing overdue balances.
  
• Data Entry: Maintain and update billing records, ensuring that all customer data is current and accurate.
  
• Reporting: Assist in generating monthly or quarterly billing reports for senior management, tracking revenue, and providing insights into payment trends.
  
• Reconciliation: Reconcile billing statements and identify any discrepancies, working with the accounting department to resolve issues.
  
• Compliance: Ensure all billing processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards.
  
• Communication: Liaise with customers and vendors regarding payment status, terms, and conditions.
  
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all billing-related documents, contracts, and communications.

Schedule

Night shift : 6PM- 3AM

: 7PM- 4AM

depends on daylight savings in Canada.
