Job Description


We are looking for a passionate AI Specialist to join our team. You will help improve our AI-powered bots, strengthen our knowledge base, and design better AI prompts to deliver a smoother customer and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, test, and fine-tune AI bots to make them smarter and more accurate.
  • Spot issues in bot conversations and fix them to reduce escalations.
  • Work with agents and supervisors to collect feedback and improve bot training.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles so both bots and humans have the right information.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep content up to date with policies, processes, and product details.
  • Improve knowledge base content using feedback and usage patterns.
  • Write and refine AI prompts to ensure better and more natural responses.
  • Test different prompt styles to optimize AI performance in customer service situations.
  • Partner with QA teams to measure AI quality and add it to existing QA checks.
  • Review AI responses to ensure they meet quality standards and share improvements.
  • Work with engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to implement solutions.
  • Share insights and recommendations with both technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience in a contact centre or with contact centre tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering for conversational AI.
  • Experience in building and maintaining knowledge bases.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AI quality checks and auditing is an advantage.
