Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure security personnel are deployed effectively to maintain order and discipline within the premises.
- Conduct regular checks on CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, and other safety equipment to ensure they are in working condition.
- Monitor access control systems to prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Investigate incidents promptly and take appropriate action to maintain a secure environment.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
- Accompanying Chairman on rounds.
- Checking of guards at all the security posts
- Convey special instruction to the guards received from Manager/Management.
- Preparation of Duty roster.
- Assisting in salary calculations/disbursement of salary to guards
- Maintaining Guards attendance of all units.
- Carryout the regular rounds
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong understanding of military protocols and procedures for maintaining law enforcement standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- 3-7 years of experience in army retired or defense background with expertise in security management services.
- Military degree is also acceptable
- Only Male Candidates and Ex-Military personnel's
