Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage counter sales operations at Tanishq retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions for jewelry purchases.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about various jewelry products and services offered by Tanishq.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and maintain store appearance standards.
Ensure accurate handling of cash transactions, inventory management, and adherence to company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in retail sales or related field (preferably in gems & jewellery industry).
Strong understanding of counter sales principles and luxury brand management.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems (POS) software for efficient transaction processing.
