SQL DEVELOPER: Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data
models, queries, and visual reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate
should have strong expertise in SQL Server development.
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
SQL Development:
- Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views,
and triggers.
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines and data workflows.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting of database objects and queries.
- Ensure database integrity, security, and scalability across applications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design, Develop, test and maintain our Database based on product/ projects
requirement.
- Develop new features directly impacting the future of our products/ projects.
- Work with a small team(s) of experienced and talented developers to design and
develop Databases with a focus on scalability, performance, and usability.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, features, and any other development activities in the
product lifecycle from early conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced
environment.
- Employ best practices for code sharing and development to ensure common code base
abstraction across all applications.
- DB design /Stored Procedures/ Triggers / Tables /Query plan.
- Good understanding on SQL Queries / Joins / Indexes / Jobs etc.
- Analyze slow or poorly performing queries and optimize them for improved database
efficiency.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong SQL programming (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar).
- Experience in ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent).
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data lake integration.
- Experience with performance tuning in SQL.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse / Data Factory / Power Platform (optional but preferred).
Preferred candidate profile
Should have atleast 8+ years

Power BI Developer: Job Description
Job Summary:
Full stack Power BI developer, who can create power BI projects and commit to Git and automate the deployments using CI/CD Pipelines, development & administration of model changes, Version control, Publishing, Hosting & Visual Reports.
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data models, queries, and visual reports that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server development and hands-on experience in creating interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
Role & responsibilities
Power BI Development:
- Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data
modeling).
- Connect Power BI to various data sources including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, and cloud
platforms.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data refresh strategies in Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong SQL programming (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or similar).
- Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and report
building.
- Experience in ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent).
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and data lake integration.
- Experience with performance tuning in SQL and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse / Data Factory / Power Platform (optional but preferred)
Preferred candidate profile
Should have atleast 6+ years
