Job Description


  • Participate in training and development planning and logistics.

  • To work closely with the HODs for content finalization, coordination.

  • To work closely with HODs for training plan for new joinees & existing employees.

  • To ensure the signoff of training plan and training identification by HOD & employee.

  • To ensure Training feedbackreceived, analyzed and shared with the HR Head and concerned HODs.

  • To ensure questionnaire is designed for each technical, functional program.

  • To ensure training effectiveness is measured as per the timeline against technical & functional program.

  • To ensure Training planned vs actual is achieved as per the annual/ quarterly calendar.

  • To work closely with the HR Team for exposure in other areas.

Must Have :-


Candidate with high energy, go-getter attitude, good in excel.


Immediate Joiner preferred.
