Job Description
- Develop and maintain integration components using WebMethods Integration Server (IS) ,API Gateway , UM , MWS , and Designer .
- Design and implement integration flows between internal applications and external partners.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Work on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning of existing integrations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration design documents and mapping specifications.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery of integration solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and production support.
Required Skills:
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with Software AG WebMethods Suite .
Hands-on experience with:
- Integration Server (IS)
- API Gateway
- Flow Services
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Universal Messaging
- Adapters (JDBC, SAP, File, etc.)
- Basic understanding of XML, XSD, JSON, flat files.
- Understanding of Integration patterns.
- Familiarity with protocols like JMS, HTTP/s
- Familiarity with error handling and logging frameworks.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of IBM webMethods BPM and webMethods.io is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
