About Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve-
Portfolio Monitoring and Reporting
- Track, collect, validate, analyze, and report financial and operational data from portfolio companies.
- Maintain and update portfoliodata in iLEVEL , Chronograph, or other platforms , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Generate periodic reports anddashboards for internal stakeholders and investors.
Data Management
- Ensure consistency and integrityof data across systems.
- Work closely with portfoliocompanies to streamline data submission processes.
- Support automation andoptimization of data workflows within the platforms.
Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs, valuation metrics, and financial performance indicators.
- Assist in benchmarking the performanceof portfolio companies against industry standards.
- Support investment teams with adhoc analysis and insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Liaise with investmentprofessionals, finance teams, and external partners.
- Provide support during quarterlyand annual reporting cycles.
- Assist in preparing materialsfor LPs, board meetings, and internal reviews.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelors ormasters degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CFA certificationis a plus.
- 5+ years ofexperience in private equity, investment management, or financial analysis.
- Workingknowledge of the iLEVEL application is required.
- Advancedproficiency in Excel; experience in working on Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellentanalytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability tomanage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiaritywith fund structures, capital calls, and distributions.
- Strong understandingof valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Experience inworking with portfolio company management teams.
