About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic candidate with strong analytical skills and an interest in digital marketing. Candidates with backgrounds in Statistics are encouraged to apply. The role will involve working on SEO, social media, campaign performance analysis, and marketing analytics.
Experience: 0-2 Years
As a Trainee Digital Marketing Analyst, the candidate will support the marketing team in executing, analysing, and optimizing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand On-page & Off-page optimization
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboards
- Generate data-driven reports and suggest improvements based on statistical analysis
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
- Help manage social media accounts and schedule content
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
- Support content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages
- Collaborate with developers/designers to improve website usability and SEO
- Maintain and update online listings and microsites
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels using statistical models and visualization techniques
- Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities
- Support dashboard creation, marketing analytics, and data visualization
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply statistical methods to real-world business problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with digital and analytics trends
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot, or Data Analytics tools will be an added advantage
