What you will be doing at Evalueserve
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients, helping them understand and leverage the value of a robust data strategy, architecture, and engineering on Google Cloud.
- Provide deep, hands-on consulting, guiding clients through architectural and design decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and optimized data solutions.
- Partner with clients to identify and address their data, analytics, and AI requirements, facilitating their journey toward becoming data-driven organizations.
- Work closely with sales teams to align technical strategies with client needs, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both client and organizational objectives.
- Participate in client meetings and sales pitches to articulate technical capabilities and business value, helping drive deal closures.
- Translate technical requirements into comprehensive, compelling proposals and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Leverage deep technical knowledge to address objections, design optimal solutions, and articulate the benefits of the proposed solutions to aid deal closure.
- Support post-sales activities by ensuring smooth handovers to delivery teams and maintaining client engagement for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a technical liaison between pre-sales and delivery teams, ensuring continuity and alignment from solution design to implementation.
- Act as a bridge between technical delivery and business development, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and commercially viable.
- Develop scalable data architecture frameworks that support diverse client needs, including data warehousing, data lakes, and analytics on Google Cloud.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering, cloud solutions, and AI to ensure our offerings remain innovative and competitive.
- Act as a thought leader, contributing to whitepapers, case studies, and client workshops to enhance our firms reputation and market positioning.
What were looking for
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a masters degree is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, and cloud solutions, with at least 5 years on Google Cloud (e.g., Big Query , Dataflow, Data proc , Gemini and Vertex AI, etc.)
- Strong familiarity with one or more additional cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is preferred
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing consulting role, ideally within a pre-sales or solutioning environment, with proven ability to close deals.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, including proposal development, client presentations, and deal negotiation.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and ability to align technical deliverables with business outcomes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data management best practices, data modeling, data governance, cloud-based security protocols and security frameworks in a cloud environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, data lakes, and real-time analytics.
