Job Summary:
Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee BPO operations, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and support. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of customer service representatives.
2. Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards, and productivity targets.
3. Customer Service: Oversee customer interactions, resolving complex issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
4. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
5. Training and Development: Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-5 years in BPO operations, with team lead experience.
2. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Language: Proficiency in English (and local language, if required).
4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in customer service or operations management.
