Position: International Non voice Customer Support
Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Night Shift (2 rotational week offs)
Salary: starting 2.5 LPA to 3.55LPA
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, and non-voice processes to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases or provide additional assistance when needed.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (customer support/chat process).
Strong communication skills for effective written correspondence with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer literacy for navigating software applications related to the role.
