International Customer Service (Voice & Non Voice)

Location:
Bangalore (Marathahalli)

Eligibility:

• PUC/12th/Diploma/Undergraduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, BE, B.Tech, BA)
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Must be flexible with rotational shift timings (Day & Night)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from international customers
• Provide product or technical support to international customers
• Address and resolve customer queries efficiently via Call or Chat
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and issue resolution

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mind-set
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: INR 2.5 3.5 LPA + Retention Bonus + Other applicable benefits
