Job Description

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Support in HR administrative tasks as and when required.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Fresh graduates (MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent) with an interest in HR and Recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
