Job Description
- Role Overview: You will be a part of the team at Riskonnect that builds SaaS products used by hundreds of clients to support critical business operations. As a Staff Developer, you will have the opportunity to influence the technology that impacts thousands of users across the globe. Your primary role will involve designing, analyzing, developing, reviewing, and testing functional enhancements for enterprise apps using Salesforce technology. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical lead on a Scrum team, driving solutions and identifying new technical initiatives - Utilize Salesforce to take on challenging assignments and develop code for new business features - Work on peer-reviewed technical designs and adapt enterprise patterns and frameworks to SaaS products - Collaborate with product management to groom and select features for upcoming releases - Provide technical mentorship and work task direction to a team of developers, ensuring task delivery - Work under limited supervision and contribute to the quality and delivery of your own domains and the domains of team members - Learn and utilize new technologies as required, maintaining code related to functional/technical areas Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, or computer science, OR a bachelor's degree in any field with applicable field experience - 8+ years of experience in software development and design with increasing responsibility - Experience in building web applications in a multi-tenant, scalable SaaS environment - Demonstrable experience using Salesforce, including Apex coding, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and SLDS - Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design and Programming, JavaScript/ECMAScript - Strong analytical and design skills, with advanced knowledge of software development methodologies and practices - Ability to work in a team environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills - Additional qualifications include experience working on Integrations (Salesforce APIs, Heroku, Salesforce Connect/External Objects, etc.), Salesforce DX, Managed Packaging, and optimizing code for performance, scalability, and security (Note: Omitted section about Reasonable Accommodations and details about the company for brevity),
