Job Description

Electrical Maintenance & Repair

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, UPS, and power systems.

• Conduct regular inspection of electrical panels, DB boards, and circuits.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.

• Support in installation of CCTV, AC units, security alarms, and other electrical equipment.

Preventive Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.

• Maintain records of maintenance schedules and repairs performed.

• Immediately report and rectify hazards, short circuits, or fire risks.

Operational Support

• Assist in setting up electrical arrangements for events, exhibitions, and promotions.

• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers when required.

• Support emergency power backup systems (generator, inverter, UPS).

• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools for quick repairs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain logbooks of breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Provide status reports to the Admin/Facility Manager.

• Keep updated with new technologies and energy-saving solutions.
