Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process, including orientation for new employees.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
- Work closely with the HR team on special projects as needed.
- Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR processes is a plus.
- Comfortable working full-time in our Noida office.
- Work on live HR projects and gain practical experience.
- Internship certificate provided.
