Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and strategies using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports with recommendations for performance improvements.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and scenarios.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics during load tests.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in performance testing.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior performance testers.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience (7-12 years) in performance testing with a strong focus on JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Proficiency in scripting and executing performance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of various performance testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other performance testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-based performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
