Job Description:
Marketing professional to lead the development and execution of Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns for our existing stores of KPN fresh.
An ideal candidate should have worked as part of HO Marketing Team of a retail brand and will have a strong understanding of retail marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth through creative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive ATL and BTL campaign strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement across existing stores.
- Marketing Planning: Create detailed marketing plans, including budget allocation, timeline, and resource allocation, to achieve campaign objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, as part of the Head Office Marketing Team of a retail brand, with a focus on ATL and BTL campaigns.
- Education: MBA degree in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Skills: Strong understanding of marketing mix, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
