- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project deliverables and success criteria.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address issues, and keep projects on track.
- Allocate and manage resources e ciently to meet project goals.
- Establish and maintain e ective communication channels with all project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to management, team members, and other relevant parties.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
- Conduct regular quality reviews and document improvements as needed.
- Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Implement e ective change management processes for scope, schedule, or objective modifications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation (project plans, risk registers, status reports).
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and share lessons learned for future projects.
- Able to facilitate technical discussions and review project architecture involving .NET (Core/6/8+) and Angular (v16+).
- Collaborate with development teams using RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and modern front-end development concepts.
- Understand and manage key technical risks around cloud deployment, version control (Git), authentication, secure coding (JWT/OAuth), and performance optimization as applied in .NET + Angular projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in IT project management, ideally handling software projects with modern web application stacks.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Kanban, Iterative).
- Previous exposure to task estimation, sprint tracking, and basic Agile processes in technical project contexts.
- Exposure to .NET Core/6/8, Angular (v16+), RESTful API concepts, cloud basics, and secure software practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to anticipate challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Proficiency in risk management to identify, mitigate, and monitor project risks e ectively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and deadlines.
- Solid technical background, with hands-on experience or strong technical understanding of .NET backend and Angular frontend technologies.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft O ce.
- Ability to bridge business and technical needs, facilitate technical team collaboration, and review solution architectures.
- Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git), cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP) is beneficial.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and capable of maintaining e ective communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing protocols to ensure deliverable standards.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of data-driven decision-making using project metrics and KPIs.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, testing (unit/integration), and monitoring tools related to .NET + Angular environments.
