Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Capable to handle a team of 8-12 people across location
- Generate innovative solutions to resolve application problems
- Can engage in architectural discussion/review for the betterment of the product
- Communicate with all stakeholders/Leaders
- Demonstrate as subject matter expertise in his/her chosen functional/ application area
- Generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems
- Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic to improve overall system performance
- Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems
- Take complete ownership of the assigned applications
- Drive initiatives for betterment
- Developing and deploying scalable web based Generative AI powered webservices
- Adaptable to need based on working hours if required
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of SDLC
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience of working on Agile based development approach
