About this Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Analyst with a strong interest in
the AI and technology vertical. This is a hands-on, strategic position that bridges the gap
between complex business requirements and cutting-edge technological solutions. You will
identify needs, translate them into actionable insights, and propose innovative solutions
leveraging AI and technology. Our services cater to lending and a wide range of industries
across eCommerce and fintech. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building
relationships, converting needs into solutions, and actively contributing to a company's growth
in the AI space.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare tailored proposals, pitches, and demonstrations to support pre-sales and sales
conversion.
Conduct thorough requirement gathering, documentation, and gap analysis for both new
and existing projects.
Clarify project scope and expectations between the development team and the client.
Propose feasible solutions aligned with the client's technical and budget constraints,
often utilizing AI tools.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal cross-functional teams
(e.g., technical, delivery, marketing).
Perform business domain research based on client industry or sales pipeline inputs.
Recommend product or platform enhancements for future project phases based on user
feedback and analysis, with a focus on AI enhancements.
Estimate project efforts in collaboration with internal teams.
Handle multiple client engagements in parallel with consistent execution quality.
Support all business activities assigned by the Department Head related to client
delivery, operations, or opportunity development.
Assess the ethical and regulatory implications of AI solutions and ensure compliance
with AI governance policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing or
sales-facing capacity.
Proven experience in AI, eCommerce, fintech, or lending domains is preferred.
Understanding of AI tools and large language models (LLMs), including features like
prompt engineering, Deep Research, and canvas.
Experience with no-code AI platforms and an ability to explore and utilize them for
business solutions.
Strong knowledge of AI use cases in business, such as personalization, fraud detection,
predictive analytics, and natural language processing.
Familiarity with AI governance principles, including data privacy, transparency, and
ethical AI development.
Strong ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate with clients.
Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, project estimation, and stakeholder
communication.
Experience handling multiple projects and client engagements in parallel.
Comfortable working in an execution-oriented, fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision.
Understanding of software delivery lifecycle in web/app development projects.
