Job Title: Business Analyst Product Owner (Power BI, RPA, CRM)
Location: Abu Dhabi Onsite
Department: Product / Business Analysis / IT
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Analyst - Product Owner with a strong background in Power BI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and CRM systems to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of digital solutions across the organization. This role acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that products and solutions meet user needs and align with strategic goals.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Proven experience in Power BI dashboard/report development
- Hands-on experience working with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in writing user stories, use cases, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL, and API integrations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership & Business Analysis
Act as the Product Owner for one or more technology products or platforms.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Power BI & Data Analytics
Understand reporting requirements and build dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Work with data teams to define KPIs and ensure data quality and integrity.
Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Provide insights to stakeholders through storytelling with data visualizations.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
Identify business processes suitable for automation and prepare RPA feasibility analyses.
Collaborate with RPA developers to design, test, and deploy automation solutions.
Act as the liaison between business users and RPA technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Monitor RPA performance and support post-deployment optimization.
CRM Systems
Gather and analyze CRM system requirements, supporting marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
Collaborate with CRM administrators and vendors to enhance platform capabilities.
Ensure effective integration of CRM with other business systems and data sources.
Optimize customer workflows and user journeys within the CRM platform.
