Whats the role all about?
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines that accelerate delivery from development to production. The role focuses on improving Developer Experience (DevEx), GitOps adoption, and software delivery efficiency, while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability. Youll collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams, driving DevOps initiatives across the organization.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead CI/CD Strategy Define and implement best practices for software delivery, focusing on automation, scalability, and developer productivity.
- Optimize Developer Experience Partner with development teams to streamline workflows, reduce release cycle times, and improve feedback loops.
- Build and Manage CI/CD Pipelines Design, implement, and maintain robust pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
- Drive GitOps Practices Champion GitOps workflows for deployment, release governance, and environment consistency.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Cloud & Container Platforms Manage and optimize environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Monitoring & Reliability Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) to ensure production health and performance.
- Security & DevSecOps Embed security into the pipeline, ensuring compliance and secure software delivery.
- Cross-Team Collaboration Work with other DevOps teams across the org to share best practices and build consistent CI/CD standards.
- Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Coach peers and stakeholders on CI/CD, DevEx, and GitOps adoption.
What you bring ?
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.
- Proven track record in building and scaling CI/CD pipelines for complex systems.
- Strong expertise in GitOps workflows and modern deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery).
- Solid experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Experience integrating DevSecOps practices into pipelines.
- Excellent collaboration skills with developers, QA, and operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and reliability.
