Job Description

About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic Graduate Freshers with 6 Months BPO Experience for our Email / Non-Voice process. If you have strong written and verbal communication skills and are eager to build a career in customer support, this is the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and requests through email/non-voice channels.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer communications.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with minimun 6 Months BPO Experience are welcome to apply.
Strong written & verbal communication skills are a must.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
