Who are we looking for
Designation : Business Development Executive
Experience Range : 3+ years
What is the work
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, networking, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
  • Qualify prospects and set up meetings or demos with potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
What skills and experience are we looking for
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in [your industry] is a plus)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel if required.
