Hi All, We have an urgent opening for Business Analyst RPA & Project Manager role for Organization Management :
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Lead and Deliver projects
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for seamless delivery
- Closely partner with IT for technical deliveries
- Regular update to stakeholders
- Partner with business for User Acceptance Testing
- Manage the team of Project Analysts
- Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
- Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
- Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
- Manages ongoing relationship with various business partners and IT to drive satisfaction
- Coordinates project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.
- Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
- Proficiency in managing multiple Projects and their deliveries.
- 1-2 years experience in automation in UI path apart from managing projects end-to-end.
For Project Manager - Looking for a candidate who is PMP certified/6 Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt.
Looking for a candidate from BPO/Telecom sector.
Project Manager- 8-10 years
Salary - Business Analyst- Upto 8 LPA with 8% bonus
Project Manager- Upto 10 LPA with 12% bonus
Project Manager- Upto 10 LPA with 12% bonus
Working days - Business Analyst- 6 / Project manager-5
Timings: 09:30am- 06:30pm(Day shift)
