Job Description
We are seeking an SRE Developer (AWS Serverless) with 6+ years of experience to join our offshore team. This role is focused on building highly reliable, resilient & automated AWS architectures with deep expertise in serverless technologies and SRE principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & maintain resilient AWS serverless architectures with automation & multi-region failover.
  
• Apply SRE best practices SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, toil reduction.
  
• Develop automation & self-healing workflows with Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge.
  
• Implement observability pipelines (logs, metrics, traces, events) & configure dashboards (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Grafana).
  
• Conduct chaos testing, fault injection, performance optimization & capacity planning.
  
• Drive AIOps adoption for anomaly detection & automated incident workflows.
  
• Collaborate with Offshore Lead/Manager & Onsite Architect for delivery alignment.
  

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless stack (Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS).
  
• Strong expertise in Python & Node.js/TypeScript for automation & AWS SDK integrations.
  
• Experience in IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, chaos testing, performance tuning.
  
• Familiarity with ECS/EKS & data observability is a plus.
