Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to support and enhance our Salesforce Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud platforms. This role involves managing non-clinical applications, ensuring smooth operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You''ll play a key role in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining application stability in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
Manage day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications, including design, build, testing, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot system issues and support software updates and implementations.
Develop and maintain testing protocols; coordinate testing with end users.
Collaborate across departments to support application needs and enhancements.
Maintain system documentation and follow change management procedures.
Participate in an on-call rotation for off-hours support.
Stay updated on departmental tools and cross-train in relevant areas.
Analyze complex data to support stable operations and continuous improvement.
Must have
3+ years of IT experience in application support or analysis.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of business operations and workflows.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and team skills.
Ability to learn new applications quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in healthcare or non-clinical application environments. Nice to have
Familiarity with system design, documentation, and validation processes.
Exposure to global or remote work environments.
