Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head of Quality Control role located in Noida. The Head of Quality Control will be responsible for ensuring that our products will meet regulatory compliance standards, and will develop and implement quality control policies and procedures, audits, and inspections across all departments.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
- Bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Quality Control or, Quality Management.
- l Minimum of 12 Years of experience working in quality control/quality assurance.
- l Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, audits, and
- l Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- l Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- l Certifications in quality control, such as ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence, are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare specialized test setups / environments on Linux environment.
- l Understand the Vehant requirements thoroughly and prepare testing strategies.
- l Estimate, Plan and strategize the testing activities.
- l Adhere to the timelines, deliver the best quality product.
- l Mentor and help people development, goals setting and objectives reviews
- l Develop training plans, Manage test environments, RCAs, Action Plans, etc.
- l Take accountability of the Product Quality and Test Automation.
- l Interact with Development, Delivery, Program Management and Product Management to progress on tasks and manage risks.
Skills Required
- Expertise in automation testing tools like Selenium, Rest API etc.
- l Experience in protocols like SSH, TLS/SSL, HTTP/HTTPS based Web-services API testing.
- l At least 10+ years of experience in test cases development using both manual as well as automation.
- l Experience in Linux OS is required and also experience in shell scripting, Python, Perl.
- l Database experience and familiar with SQL Queries, database trigger/cursor and PL/SQL.
- l Experience in testing Back-end Applications.
- l Experience in team Handing.
- l Implemented Dynamic Application Security Testing will be added as advantage.
