Job Description

Role Overview
The Video Editing & Production Manager will be responsible for designing and executing Travelwings video content strategy. The role demands both creative direction and technical proficiency, with a strong focus on integrating AI-driven video platforms (Google Veo, Kling, etc.) into traditional editing workflows. The manager will ensure that all video content is engaging, innovative, and consistent with the brands vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver diverse video formats including reels, ads, branded content, and travel features.
• Use AI tools (Google Veo, Kling, and others) to accelerate production, enhance creativity, and streamline workflows.
• Oversee the full production cycle: ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Align storytelling with brand objectives through close collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
• Supervise freelancers and team members, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Monitor industry trends in AI video generation, editing techniques, and digital storytelling.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 610 years of professional experience in video editing and production leadership.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
• Practical exposure to AI-based video platforms (e.g.,Google Veo, Kling).
• Strong grasp of narrative building, visual composition, and editing flow.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Experience guiding small teams or coordinating with external creators.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).
