1 PLC Engineer

Responsibilities & Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell (Allen Bradley), Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Logic and graphic development for Automotive, Conveyor, Robotics, and Industrial Automation domains.
• Knowledge of HMI touch screens, Servo motors, and Electrical/Instrumentation design documents.
• Programming PLCs for Robotic Cells and Special Purpose Machines.
• Familiarity with Visual Basic 6/.NET, E3, Robotics, and Vision Systems (advantageous).
• Loop checking, panel testing, FAT/SAT, and site commissioning.
• Understanding of communication protocols: Ethernet, Serial, Modbus.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
  

2 DCS Engineer

Responsibilities & Key Skills:

• Hands-on knowledge of Honeywell DCS (Experion/C300), Yokogawa, or similar systems.
• Logic development, bulk logic preparation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform loop checking, fault finding, and FAT/SAT testing.
• Input study (I/O assignment, P&IDs, control narratives) and loop identification for template preparation.
• Design hardware drawings for network, server, system, and marshalling cabinets
• Proficiency with SCADA HMI (Web Display Builder) and field instrumentation.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical Plants, and Controlled Atmosphere process domains.
• Familiarity with Function Block and Ladder Diagram programming languages.
• Knowledge of database creation and site commissioning practices.
  

3 Safety/Control Systems Engineer (SM Projects)

Responsibilities & Key Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Control Systems Hardware and Application Software for ESD and FG systems (ICSS projects).
• Collaborate with project leads, supervisors, and managers to understand specifications, RFQs, and architecture.
• Perform detailed engineering, system architecture, BOM preparation, and application development.
• Execute testing, FAT, site commissioning, loop checking, and system cut-overs.
• Use typicals/templates effectively for complex loops and ensure quality delivery.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, control narratives, and logic diagrams.
• Supervise installation, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover to clients.
• Knowledge of Safety PLC/PLC (preferably Honeywell), Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC, and Power BI/MS Excel Macros (added advantage).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and consistent quality deliverables.
