Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sales & Business Development Identify new Sales Leads, identify SAP/ IT services opportunities, provide conceptual/ initial solutions
  • Engage Solutions team for providing solutions to clients, follow up with prospects and close deals
  • Engage with customers for collections post deal closure
  • Business planning and assessing revenue potential within business opportunities
  • Forecasting the Annual Order Growth, periodic targets
  • Working with marketing team to drive marketing strategies & getting them implemented to achieve business excellence
  • Setting up & Managing franchise / agency teams,.

General

  • Identifying key focus areas for markets, evaluate potential, and develop relationship with clients in the markets East India, across India and ,international
  • Establish plan & strategies for achievement of Business Plan.
  • Identifying channel partners, engaging partners to generate business in target markets.
  • Building rapport with major prospects, consultants and influencers to culminate sales.
  • Understanding of current market scenario, competitor analysis, pricing, new technologies and so on
  • Possess good managerial qualities, communication skill & inter personal skills, analytical thinking

Required Candidate profile

  • 10-15 years experience in Sales and Marketing of IT services with a focus on SAP services
  • Experience with working with SAP partner manager is highly desired
  • Good Understanding of SAP New Dimension Products
  • Need to have an established network in the SAP Market and with User companies and community
  • Good communication Skill. (written and oral) Good Personality, Presentable.

Educational Qualification: (B. Tech/B.E.-Any Specialization or MBA-Marketing Specialization)
