About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the B2B space.


Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and business discussions with prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (experience in BPO will be an advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and B2B buying cycles.
