Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Mumbai (All areas)

Salary: 3-3.5 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases and create a qualified shortlist.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding processes.
• Partner with department heads on hiring needs and maintain ATS records.
• Promote employer brand and drive engagement to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (Recruitment/Non-IT Recruitment).
• MBA/PGDM Freshers can also apply
• Good communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with candidates
