Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Manager to lead and manage our telesales team. The role involves driving sales performance, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in telesales management, and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure adherence to sales scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns that boost lead generation and conversion.
  • Handle escalations and complex customer queries effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard telesales executives as per business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and productivity.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
