Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase company offerings to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting customer needs and providing exceptional service.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or related field sales role.
  • Strong understanding of Field Sales Executive Activities, Field Marketing, Sales Promotion, and Sales Executive skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
