Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct field sales visits to meet potential customers, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the IT services & consulting sector.
  • Strong skills in client acquisition, business acquisition, new client acquisition, field sales, and b2b sales.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
