Desired Candidate Profile
As a Project Manager, you will manage the execution of projects for multiple clients and locations across India. These span projects, product development as well as support and maintenance work. You will take strategic and tactical ownership of the projects from an execution perspective, ensure daily monitoring of staff, processes, budgets, deliverables, and timelines. Most existing projects are web and mobile applications, digitization of documents etc.Key focus areas of the role will be:
- Leverage tools to ensure tracking, transparency to ensure P&L metrics are maintained
- Manage and motivate teams to exceed stated goals and delight clients
- Manage key accounts and enable repeat business
- Communicate clearly with all internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, vendors etc to ensure clarity in execution and continuous real-time review through chosen tools and processes
- Ensure coding standards, code quality, adequate testing, data security, deployment, support and maintenance etc to retain quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree (M.Sc., MBA) preferred
- Multi-vertical experience
- Ability to guide teams to enhance code, improve project management methods, optimize processes to create technical efficiencies
- Deep understand of web and mobile technologies
- Familiarity with Opensource ERP, Website Maintenance, Web and Mobile Apps, Digitization etc
- Experience in IT Stack to include Java, .NET, IOS, Android, Windows, Java Script Libraries React, Angular JS, PHP, MySQL, AWS Cloud, understanding of UX
- 5 or more years of Project Management experience
- 5 or more years of working hands-on with all aspects of ERP systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
