Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to act as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, alignment of strategies, timely execution of campaigns, and accurate reporting to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and ensure sales team alignment with campaign objectives.
- Track leads generated by marketing and share with sales teams, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales & marketing trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Support in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives/events.
- Assist sales teams with marketing materials, presentations, and collaterals.
- Ensure proper documentation of client leads, campaign performance, and sales feedback.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Schedule and facilitate regular coordination meetings between sales and marketing.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+years of experience in Sales/Marketing Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work across departments.
