• 4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or Analyst, working with enterprise-scale reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and advanced visualizations.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and transforming data from relational sources.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling (star/snowflake schema) and performance tuning in BI environments.
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices in reporting and dashboard design.
• Experience integrating Power BI with Azure DevOps, CPTool, and Data Warehouses (DWH).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data-driven insights clearly.
• Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Develop robust data models and DAX calculations to support business logic and KPIs.
• Connect and integrate multiple data sources including DWH, Azure DevOps, and CPTool.
• Ensure report performance, data accuracy, and alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to gather requirements and improve reporting solutions.
• Continuously enhance report UX/UI for usability, accessibility, and visual impact.
