AI/ML Specialist @ Acronotics

Job Description

At Acronotics, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our AI/ML Centre of Excellence (CoE). If youre passionate about AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI systems, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge projects and solve complex challenges.

What Youll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and GenAI models (NLP, Computer Vision, RAG, Agentic AI).
  
• Work with Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, Azure ML).
  
• Build agentic AI systems with frameworks like LangChain, MS Autogen, Semantic Kernel.
  
• Research, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions.
  
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, SMEs, and Testing teams for smooth project delivery.
  
• Mentor and cross-skill team members on AI/ML technologies.
  

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years in AI/ML/Data Science solution design, development & deployment.
  
• Strong in Python with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV.
  
• Proven expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, vector stores.
  
• Hands-on with Azure AI ecosystem (Cognitive Services, AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure DevOps).
  
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs, Git, Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  
• Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts (Work From Office Bengaluru only).
