Completing the HR and administration budgeting and manpower planning exercise and seeking necessary approvals;
Ensure timely execution of hiring cycle as per the defined TAT and onboarding
Planning and executing various employee engagement programs;
Anchoring skip level meetings, town halls and R&R programs;
Executing annual training calendar;
Conducting necessary briefings to the employees on the PMS process / cycle;
Ensuring completion of the PMS cycle at timely set intervals (goal settings, mid-year review, final assessment);
Handholding employees in completing the PMS cycle / process;
Ensure timely sharing of the information / communication(s) with the employee(s) (policies and process, amendments / changes in the existing policies, management communication(s) etc.)
Provide timely payroll inputs;
Maintaining / updating the leave tracker, attendance management
Managing end to end documentation and benefits administration;
Responsible for complete insurance management (policy renewal, endorsements, claims settlements, etc.);
Overseeing complete operations and administration;
Ensure timely completion of the statutory requirements and audit responses
