Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and GCP-certified DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automating cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring using Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline and enhance the deployment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build, or similar.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or Ansible.
- Build and manage Kubernetes (GKE) clusters, including container orchestration and deployment.
- Automate system monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver (now Cloud Operations).
- Maintain configuration management and support GitOps principles.
- Handle log aggregation and troubleshooting using Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring, or similar.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices in code release, system integration, and security compliance.
- Implement cloud security policies, identity access management (IAM), and network rules.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4- 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience, with at least 2 years on Google Cloud Platform.
- GCP Professional DevOps Engineer Certification is mandatory.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Cloud Build.
- Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (preferably GKE).
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Cloud Monitoring.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, cloud security, and IAM policies in GCP.
- Experience in setting up service accounts, VPCs, load balancers, and firewall rules.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with ArgoCD, Spinnaker, or other GitOps tools.
- Experience in managing cost optimization and billing monitoring in GCP.
- Basic understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
Soft Skills:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
