Scout for co- branding and cross- branding opportunities and seize them effectively. Assist sales in achieving targets through customized promotional initiatives, wherever needed possible. Coordinate with the vendors for the promotional materials, website content etc. Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, cross- selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines. Devise and manage field promotion budgets effectively while driving demand generation. Analyse, evaluate, plan and execute potential marketing strategies, programme and measure the effectiveness of these programmes. Keep an eye on competitor activities and marketing intelligence. Telemarketing Representative Role: Telemarketing Representative Job Description: Customer centric, Good command in English, Computer knowledge, Telephone skills, Data Entry Skill. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming sales calls. Fixing appointments with customers. Maintaining Database by entering, verifying and backing up data. To generate online leads of Architects, Engineers, Builders, Contractors for Steel Products. Regular follow ups with the customer. Maintaining relationship with existing and new customers. 7. CRM Executive Role:CRM Executive Experience: Minimum 2 Years of experience in related field Job Description: Good Command in English, Tech Savvy, strong CRM knowledge and experience in Zoho will be an advantage Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers. Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities Coordinating with Zoho Consultant and Deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel Ensure that the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. Coming up with creative ideas for the changes we can make in CRM structure to make it more user friendly.
