About the Role
Linarc is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Design team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging learning experiences for users of Linarcs platform. The ideal candidate brings strong pedagogical knowledge, experience with learning technologies, and a user-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Design instructional materials, including eLearning modules, multi-media content, job aids to help users maximize use of Linarcs platform.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract and organize content.
- Apply instructional design models to develop effective learning solutions.
- Develop digital learning content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise, Camtasia).
- Ensure instructional quality through iterative reviews, testing, and feedback loops.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, infographics, and simulations.
- Stay current with learning trends, tools, and best practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through data and learner feedback
Required Qualifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in instructional design or a similar role
- Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and graphic/media editing software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice to Have - Background or design experience in the construction tech or related industries
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with B2B tools in domains like logistics, finance, field services, or HR
