Techgen Cyber Solution seeks a detail-oriented Apps & Web Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile and web applications. You will test applications across platforms, identify functional and UI/UX issues, and help deliver seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, document, and execute test plans, cases, and scenarios for web and mobile platforms.
Perform manual and automated testing (functional, UI, regression, performance).
Identify, report, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to prioritize and resolve issues.
Ensure compatibility across devices, browsers, and OS versions.
Maintain testing documentation and suggest improvements to QA processes.
1+ years of experience in software testing for web and/or mobile apps.
Proficiency in manual testing; familiarity with tools like Selenium, Appium, or equivalent is a plus.
Basic understanding of software development life cycles and version control (e.g., Git).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
Hands-on with test automation frameworks or tools.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, performance testing, or CI/CD pipelines.
