Junior Functional Associate

What Youll Achieve :

A Functional Associate is responsible for helping clients better understand company's products and provide regular reports on product performance, issue logs, and their resolution to management. Develop deep knowledge of product offerings. Develop a deep understanding of E-commerce operations. Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style. Interested in developing technical and analytical skills Interested in providing training or educating customers.

You will:

  • Possessing moderate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination at zonal levels, whenever required
  • Developing reports for teams across the business

Essential Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred, not mandatory)
  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to the clients with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening, and convincing abilities
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience critical thinking skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable Requirements:

  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle.
  • General working knowledge of retail/ ERP systems (preferred, not mandatory.
