About the Business Unit
Times Card is India s largest co-branded credit & debit card portfolio in partnership with HDFC Bank with over 5mn high ARPU users. Times Card has been recognised by the Industry ET Now Stars of the Industry Awards Best Co-Branded Card of the Year 2019, Mobby s Best Card of the year 2019 & ET Now Stars of the Industry Awards Best Debit Card of the Year 2020. The objective this year is to transform Times Card into a digital proposition that would help scale user acquisition, user engagement & the core value proposition of Times Card.
About the Role
This role focuses on forging and managing strategic alliances to enhance customer acquisition, transactions, and brand visibility for Times Card, driving revenue growth. It involves end-to-end partnership execution, market analysis, and data-driven strategy optimization. Building strong partner relationships and staying ahead of market trends are key responsibilities. .
Work Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic alliances that will result in enhanced acquisition of new customers, increase in Swipe transactions and brand awareness of Times Card which will contribute to the overall revenue, either directly or indirectly.
Identify prospective strategic alliance partners- get into an alliance with brands and companies for marketing and new card acquisitions.
Handle end-to-end partnership execution including prospecting, holding meetings, pitching, closure and on-boarding. To take complete ownership of all matters pertaining to partners, offers, agreements, seamless integration and smooth redemption of discounts and offers by the users.
Additional revenue target through new partnerships, confounding campaigns and sponsorships.
Carry out thorough data analysis to understand trends, monitor progress to goals (plan vs. actual), and adapt and iterate strategies.
Develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners.
Analyze the company's product performance in the market and research for new trends and innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
Conduct and analyze market studies in terms of competition mapping, market intelligence, and market share.
Build relationships with alliance partners and help in developing business Pan India.
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and strategize alliance and marketing plans accordingly.
Skills, Experience & Expertise
Knowledge of discovery analysis, value modeling and digital frameworks
Basic Knowledge of Performance Testing
Grip on debugging and troubleshooting on Linux environments
Good communication and analytical skills
Past experience of working in a matrixed environment
Eligibility
Post Graduate (in Marketing)
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in managing sales/alliances/business development function preferably in a digital enterprise/Fintech
Great Interpersonal skills combined with diligence and ownership of work
Positive attitude with the zeal of learning and delivering the required results
