Job Description

Must Have -

Should have exp. in assisting of Sr. professionals

JD-

1.Communication {calls, emails, MOM, post etc.}

2.Maintaining personal and business files.

3.Corporate record keeping for multiple entities

4. Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the director, staff, business partners, plants and customers

5. Managing the smooth function of the Directors office.

6. Responsible for providing secretarial, administrative support in order to ensuring services are provided in efficient manner and actualizing the internal objective and close coordination with other departments and other branches.

7. Maintains appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences.
